"Extremely disappointing experience with the hospital pharmacy. Medicines are sold at full MRP with no discounts, unlike most other pharmacies. Last time, we urgently needed a medicine for the patient, and they didn’t even have it in stock, despite being a hospital pharmacy. When we asked to get it from outside, they said they’re arranging it — but the entire day passed and the medicine never arrived. Unused medicines are not taken back, whereas most hospital pharmacies do accept returns of sealed, unused items within a reasonable time. For a multispeciality hospital, this kind of pharmacy service is unacceptable. Strongly advise others to confirm availability and policies before relying on them."
